Non-Circumvent Policy

This Non-Circumvent Policy (‘Policy’) forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions for the use of our website and services at Bridgeways Family Law, APC. By accessing or using the Site or purchasing our goods and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Policy, in addition to the other terms outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
1. Purpose of the Non-Circumvent Policy
This Policy is designed to prevent any attempts to bypass or circumvent our established relationships, including but not limited to those with clients, service providers, vendors, and partners. We aim to protect the integrity of our business and the privacy and rights of all involved parties.
2. Non-Circumvention Obligation
By using our website, purchasing goods or services, or entering into any agreements with us, you agree:

Not to attempt to circumvent or bypass Bridgeways Family Law, APC in any transactions, negotiations, or relationships involving services, products, or other business dealings that we are involved in.

Not to directly or indirectly contact, solicit, or deal with any client, partner, vendor, or affiliate of Bridgeways Family Law, APC, without prior written consent from us, where such interaction or dealings would avoid or reduce the payment or benefits owed to us under any agreements.
3. Scope of Non-Circumvent Policy
This Non-Circumvent Policy applies to all transactions, relationships, or business dealings initiated or facilitated by Bridgeways Family Law, APC, whether through our website or any other medium (e.g., in- person consultations, email correspondence, etc.). It extends to all goods and services offered by us, as well as any other engagements or referrals.
4. Term of Non-Circumvention
The obligations set forth in this Policy remain in effect for a period of two years from the date of the initial engagement with Bridgeways Family Law, APC, including but not limited to all consultations, purchases, or signed agreements for services or goods.
5. Violation of the Non-Circumvent Policy
If you are found to be in violation of this Policy, we reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate access to our website, services, and products.

Pursue legal action for damages caused by the circumvention, including but not limited to legal fees, loss of business, and any profits we may have lost due to your actions.

Seek injunctive relief to prevent further violations of this Policy.
6. Confidentiality and Trade Secrets
In addition to the non-circumvention obligations, you agree not to disclose, use, or exploit any confidential information, trade secrets, or proprietary information you may receive from Bridgeways Family Law, APC, its clients, partners, or affiliates, except for the purposes specifically authorized by us.
7. Exceptions
This Policy does not apply in situations where:

We have expressly given written consent to interact with any of our clients, partners, or affiliates outside of the normal course of engagement.

A party already had a direct relationship with the individual or entity prior to their interaction with Bridgeways Family Law, APC, and such relationship can be demonstrated through prior correspondence or agreements.
8. Remedies and Enforcement
In the event of a breach of this Non-Circumvent Policy, Bridgeways Family Law, APC reserves the right to enforce its rights through the appropriate legal channels, including seeking injunctive relief, damages, or other remedies provided by law.
9. Governing Law
This Non-Circumvent Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the Terms & Conditions.
